Can I Use Mascara with My Lashribons ?

No, applying mascara is not recommended as it can reduce the lifespan of your Lashribons . Plus, our lashes are designed to create a full, voluminous look without the need for mascara.


How Long Do My Lashribons  Last?

The lifespan of your lashes depends on your care routine and how often you wear them. If you're removing them daily, you can expect them to last around one month. If worn continuously, they can stay on for up to a week and be reused 5 to 6 times. The better your technique and the lower the oil content of your skin and hair, the longer your lashes will last.


Do I Need to Apply Lashribons  Beneath My Natural Lashes?

Not at all. You can apply the lashes directly on top of your natural lashes if you prefer, or even trim them to a strip lash size. The choice is completely yours when it comes to how you wear them.


How Close to the Segment Should I Trim the Band?

Trim the band as close as possible to the lash segments. Excess band can sometimes irritate the eye, and it may prevent the segments from sitting flush. With practice, you’ll find your ideal method for trimming and applying.


Can I Place the Lash Segment on My Waterline?

No, placing the lash segment directly on your waterline is not recommended. Always leave a 1-2mm gap between your natural lash line and the lash segment. Applying it too close to the waterline can cause discomfort, excessive watering, and potentially even lead to infections. If you feel irritation, simply remove the segment and reapply.

What Should I Use to Clean Residual Glue from My Lashribons ?

We recommend using Isopropyl Alcohol to remove any remaining glue. Simply let the lashes soak overnight (or longer, if necessary), then use a makeup brush to remove the excess glue, followed by a spoolie to brush the lashes. This will keep your Lashribons looking like new, ready for up to 5 or 6 uses.

What If I Experience an Adverse Reaction to Your Adhesive Products?

We always advise performing a patch test behind your ear before using any new adhesive product. If irritation occurs during the test, rinse the area with warm water immediately and avoid further use. While our products are latex-free, non-toxic, and suitable for sensitive skin, they may not be suitable for everyone.

Are Your Products Tested on Animals?

Absolutely not! We take a strong stance against animal testing and do not offer products derived from animals. We also firmly oppose mink farming. All our products are completely vegan-friendly. In fact, the quality of our advanced faux mink lashes is so high, they closely resemble real mink lashes. If you prefer the look of mink, try ours—you won’t be disappointed.

How Quickly Are Orders Processed?

For In-Stock Items: We aim to dispatch your order within 2 days of receiving it. If you place your order before 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday), we'll try to ship it the same day. However, please allow up to 2 days for processing. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday. Please note, we do not ship on bank holidays, so orders will be dispatched on the next business day.

Which Shipping Methods Do You Use?

For UK deliveries, we use Royal Mail.  
For international orders, we also use Royal Mail .

Do You Ship Outside of the UK?

Absolutely! We offer worldwide shipping.


What Should I Do If My Tracking Shows Delivered, But I Haven’t Received My Order?

We recommend contacting your local sorting office and providing them with the tracking number. Ask them if the parcel was left with a neighbour or in a secure location. If you still cannot find your parcel, reach out to us, and we will initiate a claim with the postal service.
