DELIVERY CHARGES

Orders placed before 3:30 PM will be shipped out on the same day via Royal Mail. The delivery times outlined below are calculated from the date of dispatch. Please note that we do not operate on weekends, so any orders placed after 4:00 PM on a Friday will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday.

Import Duties and Customs Fees

While we strive to ensure all required documentation is accurately completed, some countries may impose import duties or customs fees. These charges are beyond our control, and the responsibility to cover these costs lies with the recipient to enable the parcel's release for delivery. If these fees remain unpaid, the package will eventually be returned to us.

Once the parcel is received back, we will issue a refund excluding the shipping fee. Should you prefer the parcel to be sent out again, additional postage fees will apply.
