Import Duties & Customs Fees

We take every measure to ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed; however, some countries may impose import duties or customs fees. These charges are set by local customs authorities and are beyond our control. It is the recipient’s responsibility to cover any applicable fees to facilitate the parcel’s release for delivery.

If these fees remain unpaid, the package may be returned to us. Once received, we will process a refund excluding the original shipping cost. If you prefer the package to be re-sent, additional shipping charges will apply.

Orders placed before 3:30 PM will be dispatched the same day via Royal Mail. The estimated delivery times below are calculated from the date of shipment. Please note that we do not operate on weekends, so any orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
