Lash Refund Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for our lashes unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

Each pair of our lashes is carefully handcrafted, which may result in slight variations. However, these minor differences are a natural part of the production process and are not considered defects.

Products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return. Any items sent back in an unsellable condition will be returned to the customer.

We strictly follow the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) regulations and cannot process returns beyond the specified timeframe.
